Lacretia was a huge help to our home search from the moment we contacted her. Me and my wife were looking to buy our first home, but we had so many questions about how to find one that was affordable, in decent condition, and had what we needed. Over the course of more than two months, Lacretia helped us view dozens of homes all over the OKC Metro, and she wrote up our offers on several of them. It’s hard to find a quality home at a decent price in this market, but she remained patient with us until, finally one of our offers was accepted. Through the search process right up to closing, Lacretia was always very flexible, very knowledgeable on how to examine and consider the homes, and worked hard to make sure we had the opportunity to get the house we loved.
